4 cups gluten free rolled oats

1/4 cup gluten free flour (I used brown rice flour)

1/4 cup unsweetened dried coconut

1/3 cup coconut sugar

1/2 cup chocolate chips

1/2 tsp sea salt

1/2 cup unsweetened dried cranberries

1/2 cup coconut oil

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 cup raw honey


1. Preheat oven to 325 F.

2. Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl.

3. In a separate bowl, mix the oil, vanilla and honey.

4. Pour the wet ingredients over the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.

5. Pour granola into a parchment lined 9×11 (9×13) pan and flatten out evenly.

6. Bake for 40 minutes (or until lightly browned on top).

7. Allow to cool and then cut into bars.
