After years of stomach issues, health drama, multiple appointments with conventional and holistic professionals, and a certificate in holistic nutrition, I am in a healthy place and live by the philosophy that “food is medicine”.

My passion is to guide people to find their optimal health and balance. I believe that following a wholesome, balanced diet is an essential part of a healthy life and I am dedicated to teaching clients that achieving their goals are easier than they think. I personally understand the daily obstacles that can make this a challenge however; am motivated to support clients to plan, simplify and achieve their personal health and wellness goals.
Having a BA in Psychology, MA in Health Sciences, honours at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition and 15 years working in a number of clinical health related positions, has made me aware and appreciative of the difference nutrition makes on the wellbeing of a person. My energy and enthusiasm for nutrition is infectious and comes through in all facets of my life. Being able to combine my passion and experiences to help others has given my early struggles some meaning all these years later.

Holistic Nutrition is about guiding you through the maze of information, identifying causes of symptoms and designing individualized diet and lifestyle programs to optimize your health.  Ongoing support is provided through your personal journey and contribute to your continued health and wellbeing.
